How To Build Self Confidence
What is confidence? Its believe in yourself, you trusting you. This may sound all too easy but it’s totally true. If you feel good about yourself you feel like you can take on the world and all its problems, you can achieve anything and what a feeling that really is.
From early school days as an infant, many of us have had our confidence pretty much destroyed or at best, reduced markedly. Teased by schoolmates, made wrong, treated badly etc and often this can affect you in later life, for many this is the case. So here is how we turn the corner and really go for excelling in life and start doing a whole lot better.
A small tip applies here, instead of frowning force yourself to smile and you will soon find something to smile about, try it this really does work and it’s a winner.
Give yourself a Pep talk – an ideal way to gain self confidence
So let’s look at helping you change your mind and become a real winner!
1. Put order into your life
This would be for example, tidy yourself up and take real pride is how you look,
then take a look in a mirror and see the finished result – you will start to feel
better about yourself right away.
2. Get in touch with people you have been ignoring
There will be some you have not been in touch with and by
Re-establishing communication with them you will find your confidence
will expand as responsibility takes over.
3. Get out the house and mix
When friends are going out, go with them, chat to them and as you talk
focus on there likes, there points of view etc this will increase harmony
with your friends and likeness for you for being considerate.
4. Get an interest in something new
this can be a hobby, task or venture etc but it will extrovert your
attention and bring you out of yourself and increase the gaining of
your self confidence.
Do you see where this is going? It will help you build your confidence to far greater heights and your self believe will rise thus in the process you will feel great about yourself and as you like yourself so will others. This works, try it.
